Make a princess sweatshirt
Princesses.
I don’t remember being that ‘into them’ when I was little but my 7 year old can’t get enough of them.
If she sees princess fabric she has to have it.
This latest princess fabric she wanted to make into a quilt with princesses.
Of course, after a month I’m already tired of having her bug for the quilt, (which I promise I will start soon). So I appeased her with a princess sweatshirt of her own design.
We cut out her favorite princess and made an iron on and then did a sewed a zig zag stitch around it because it is sure to get plenty of wear and tear.
Then she went crazy (and a bit messy) with the fabric paints.
Now she’s happy, and I get a reprieve from being bugged about the quilt.
