Halloween Cupcakes

I needed Halloween themed cupcakes quickly.
With no decorations in sight, I found a few marshmallows and some leftover black gel icing.
The marshamllows were cut into four slices. Sliced from the top down the slices start out round but pull together since they’re sticky and form these little ghostly shapes.
